10. Bata and beyond: a gentle stroll around East Tilbury

By Editor · On June 11, 2016

The walk starts with a short stroll around the Bata Estate, exploring the residential, industrial and social legacy of Thomas Bata’s Utopian vision from the 1930s.   Following this short walk, the route goes into East Tilbury Village and if you wish can conclude with a drink at The Ship.
