Jordan takes charge of the physical choreography within scenes i.e. stage combat and general physicality for scripted work.

Jordan graduated from Winchester University with a first class honours degree in Contemporary Performance and is currently studying at the University of Kent for a Masters in Contemporary Performance Practices.

In Thurrock 100 Tales, Jordan plays Il Capitano as the Copper, the lead character in “The Copper’s Tale”. This is one of the lucky characters that gets a special costume thanks to the students of South Essex University. Read more about the costumes being made for the production HERE.

The Copper’s Tale is performed on:

Sun 9th July, (4pm start) as part of the Finale at Coalhouse Fort Read more and book your place HERE.

All walks and performances are free, but must be booked so we can manage numbers.

Il Capitano costume design in progress

Il Capitano

The Copper’s Tale takes its inspiration from a few stories in the Thurrock 100 Book.

If you have a copy of the book and want to see the inspiration, the stories are numbered in the book as follows: 80, 81, 82, 85, 86.

Copies of the Thurrock 100 book can be bought from Grays Library or HERE.
